<p>A flywheel (2) acting as a giroscope accumulator comprises at least a working machine (5) which drives the driven shaft (15). The machine (5) is concentrically or excentrically arranged with respect to the medial axis of the flywheel (2). A plurality of machines may be arranged regularly and concentrically on the periphery of the flywheel. Each machine (5) is connected to a drive energy accumulator (19) by means of a control device. Such a driving device is particularly adapted to a transversal cutting rotary device for corrugated cardboard sheets or to motor vehicles. </p> |
