The invention relates to a loading device for the loading of debris in the driving of underground structures, especially in shield and/or blade shield driving. The loading device has at least one loading arm which has an approximately triangular cross-section, and which can reciprocate towards the conveyor and in the opposite direction along a straight path of motion, thereby loading the debris from the side into the conveyor.
