A limitation of the pivoting angle of the housing in relation to the vertically projecting stand pipe is achieved by arranging a mounting pillar between the back wall of the housing, and has a stop part which laterally abuts the stand pipe. The stop portion is preferably formed as a raised, circular sector portion with a sector angle of about 90 DEG , so that the housing can only be pivoted into a vertical, upright position or into a horizontal lying position, and the control elements, arranged below, are prevented from getting into the heat flow of the heat-emitting surfaces.
