A rendering cooker heats, as is well known, oil by vapor supplied to a peripheral vapor chamber of the body of a cooker, fries foodstuffs such as meat, bones, or fish as if frying "tempura" in the oil to remove the fat contained in the foodstuffs, and vaporizes the water content thereof. Whether one or more cookers are provided, the vapor produced from a boiler is supplied to the vapor chambers of each of the cookers. Thus a large amount of vapor is required. The cooker utilizing multiple effective vaporization comprises a cooker body which can contain foodstuffs and oil and has a stirring means, and multistage rendering cookers made of peripheral vapor chambers in such a manner that vapor is supplied externally from a boiler to a first stage vapor chamber, the vapor generated inthe cooker body of the front stage utilizing the principle of multiple effective vaporization is supplied to the second and subsequent vapor chambers, and a vacuum pump is connected to the body of the cooker in the final stage. Thus, since it is not necessary to supply the quantity of vapor to the second and subsequent rendering cookers from the vapor feeding device such as a boiler, the vapor quantity can be greatly reduced, and large saving of energy can be performed. |
