In friction clutches, in particular those for motor vehicles, in which a diaphragm spring is pivotably mounted between rolling-contact supports provided on both sides of it in a circular arrangement on a clutch component, such as a cover, wear occurs at these rolling-contact supports, leading to clearance losses at the pressure plate. The present invention is to avoid the occurrence of wear or at least reduce it by providing at least one of the supports, at least on the surface which comes into contact with the diaphragm spring, with a hard, wear-resistant layer. |
