<p>Complex compounds having the formula (I) wherein M is titanium, zirconium or hafnium, R1 is hydrogen, C1-C8 alkyl or phenyl, which may be substituted one or a plurality of times by fluorine, chlorine, bromine, nitro, C1-C4 alcoxy or trifluoromethyl, R2 is C1-C8 alkyl or phenyl, which may be substituted once or a plurality of times by fluorine, chlorine, bromine, nitro, C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 alcoxy or trifluoromethyl, R3 is hydrogen or phenyl, R4 is C1-C18 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted by hydroxy, C1-C3 alkylamine or optionally substituted alkali sulfonate groups, or C5-C8 cycloalkyl, substituted or not by C1-C5 alkyl groups, hydroxy or alkali sulfonate groups. X is fluorine, chlorine or bromine, m is 0 or 1 but is not 0 when R1 is hydrogen and n is 0 or 1, and as long as the residue R4 contains an amino group, the hydrohalides thereof have a good cytostatic activity with low toxicity. </p> |
