PURPOSE:To manage easily the office-going hour and the closing hour of an employee in a terminal, by providing a card reader which reads an employee code, a clock device, a display device, a memory for attendance and closing, etc. in each terminal device. CONSTITUTION:In each terminal device, when an employee code is inputted from a card reader 25, it is checked whether this employee code is stored in the memory for attendance and closing or not. If the employee code is not stored there and the memory for attendance and closing has an empty item area, the employee code is stored in an employee code area of this item area, and data from a clock device 18 is stored in an attendance date area. If a closing date area of the item area where the employee code is stored is empty, date data from the clock device 18 is stored in this area, and date data to the memory for attendance and closing are displayed on a display device 19. |
