PURPOSE:To obtain efficiently the titled bent pipe capable of repeated use of a core mold by a method wherein the periphery of the core mold of a metal bellows pipe filled with low melting metal is laminated with paraffin and the paraffin in is melted by heating and the bent pipe is released from the core mold. CONSTITUTION:The inner part of a bellows bent pipe 1A made by bending a metal bellows pipe is filled with low melting metal 3 (such as lead etc.). Then, said bellows bent pipe 1A is passed through a lamination unit 7 composed of a molding die 5 with a cooling device 4 and a tank 6. A paraffin layer 8 is lamimated around the bellows bent pipe 1A to obtain a core mold 9. Then, after a fiber reinforced resin bent pipe 10 is laminate-molded by hand layup on the paraffin layers 8 on the core mold 9, they are heated to melt and discharge the paraffin layer 8 and finally the bellows bent pipe 1A is taken out of the fiber reinforced resin pipe 10. The laminate of the resin bent pipe 10 is preferably wound on the paraffin layer 8 after fiber 11 is passed through resin liquid 13. |
