PURPOSE:To improve operability by clarifying the use direction of a formset to a printer to understand easily the margin. CONSTITUTION:If it is designated by a designating means 11 that the form is used lengthwise, an output signal C becomes 1, and data stored in the first storage means 13 is displayed as shown in (A) on the screen of a CRT 12 though an OR gate 16. If it is designated by the designating means 11 that the form is used breadthwise, the output signal C becomes 0, and data stored in the second storage means 14 is outputted to the CRT 12 and is displayed as shown in (B). |
