发明名称 METHOD OF MACHINING POSITIONING HOLE FOR CONNECTING DIVIDED COAXIAL CASING
摘要 PURPOSE:To machine a positioning hole with coaxial accuracy by clamping the cover of the casing of an automatic transmission gear of vehicle, by means of a collet chuck and an arbor. CONSTITUTION:A bearing outside diameter is machined with high accuracy on the bearing parts 3, 4 of the rear cover 1 and the case 2, which are the parts of a casing. The bearing part 3 of the cover 1 is clamped with a collet chuck 5 while, at the same time, the bearing part 4 of the case 2 is adjusted with an arbor 6, securing coaxial accuracy using the collet chuck and the arbor. Then, the cover 1 and the case 2 are positioned for temporarily fastening. And, in this condition, positioning holes 11, 12 for connection are bored in a large diameter through both holes 7, 8 and the circumferential part 10. Thereby the maching accuracy of the bearing diameter can be improved.
