PURPOSE:To reduce a charging current even when plural driving circuits are charged,and to require no power source of large capacity by varying a charging start of each driving circuit. CONSTITUTION:The driving circuit 2 is provided on every electric discharge tube 1 of four pieces for a light fixing and connected to power source 4 through each corresponding switch SW1-4. A signal is applied to the SW1-4 from an opening and closing control circuit 10. These four pieces of electric discharge tubes 1 execute the charging of the circuit 2 with a little time difference at every circuit and simultaneously emit light. Each SW1-4 is opened shifting by time t1 each and kept opened for a time t0. When each circuit 2 is charged with a little time difference t1, an instantaneous maximum current I can be reduced to <=1.5ip. Also, I can be controlled by the time difference t1, and the maximum instantaneous power can be set to a suitable and optional value. |
