摘要 PURPOSE:To grasp exactly a magnetic field distribution by arranging plural sample tubes contaning samples respectively at predetermined positions between meansuring magnetic field spaces of a nuclear magnetic resonance instrument to perform the measurement and displaying the obtained spectra. CONSTITUTION:A large diameter sample tube T0 incorporating plural small diameter sample tubes is inserted into a probe 4, and is positioned so that the direction connecting the small diameter samples T1, T5 becomes to X axis direction of DC magnetic field and the direction connecting T3, T7 becomes to Y axis direction of DC magnetic field. When the magnetic field distribution is uniform and the magnetic field intensities at the positions where each reference sample is placed are quite equal, spectra peaks P1-P9 corresponding to each reference sample appear at each marker position without any position shifting, and the half value width of the peak becomes extremely narrow. In this way, it is found that the magnetic field disturbance is generated in the directions connecting the reference samples S1, S2, S9 and S4, S5, S6, and the magnetic field distribution can be grasped exactly.
