PURPOSE:To make the order management efficient in a restaurant, by managing automatically the time from an order input to the completion of cooking with a processor and outputting automatically an account from an order terminal. CONSTITUTION:When a customer selects an order from a menu displayed on screens of CRTs 3-1-3-n, its contents are reported to a processor 1, and an account is automatically outputted from printers of order terminals 3-1-3-N, and simultaneously, the account is displayed on a monitor display board 2. A cook receives this order to start cooking on a basis of the display on the display board 2. The processor 1 monitors the time to the completion of cooking in accordance with the selected order name by a preliminarily set monitor time; and if cooking is not completed within a certain time, an alarm is generated and is displayed on the display board 2. This display is erased when a reset key provided on the display board is operated at the cooking completion time. |
