PURPOSE:To markedly reduce the period of time required for raising a lacquer, by a method wherein a pattern is painted in an ultraviolet-curing resin on a surface of a substrate, then a gold powder or other similar powder is applied thereon while the resin is incompleted hardened, while surplus powder is removed, and the resin is hardened, whereby the gold powder or the like is immediately adhered onto the resin since the pattern is painted in the ultraviolet- curing resin. CONSTITUTION:Various kinds of patterns are painted in an ultraviolet-curing resin on the substrate, and a gold powder, a silver powder or the like is sprayed onto the patterns. Since the resin is immediately hardened when being irradiated with ultraviolet rays, the gold powder or the like instantaneously applied while the resin is incompletely hardened is speedily adhered to the resin, and the resin is hardened in a short time. In this case, a surplus of the powder sprayed is removed before the resin is hardened, followed by buffing. Accordingly, since the gold powder or the like being sprayed is substantially instaneously adhered integrally to the resin, a lacquer can be raised to a large thickness by a single lacquer-raising operation. |
