PURPOSE:To prevent the pressure pulsation of the rolling piston compressor by a method wherein an escape groove, extended into the counter-rotational direction of the piston than an exhaust port, is provided on the inner peripheral wall of a cylinder to communicate a high pressure chamber and a low pressure chamber gradually. CONSTITUTION:The escape groove 10 is formed on the inner peripheral wall of high pressure chamber 9a of the cylinder 1. The escape groove 10 is extended into the counter-rotational direction of the piston 3 than a center in the opening surface of the exhaust port 7 and both ends of the groove 10 are set within the range of 1-4 times of the diameter of the exhaust port from the center of the gas exhaust port 7. In this case, the escape groove 10 is formed at a location not communicating with the gas exhaust port 7. Accordingly, generation of shock wave due to the sudden communication of the high pressure chamber with the low pressure chamber may be eliminated and the pressure pulsation may be prevented. |
