PURPOSE:To prevent the deflection of the material plate of an oscillator as well as cracks generated at the area close to a supporting part, by bending inward the flat part at the upper end of the supporting part for oscillator at both side parts of a slit to a hemispherical or trapezoidal flat part. CONSTITUTION:An oscillator supporting part of an oscillator supporting/leading member 3 which is insulated and pierced through a base 1 via a cover glass 2 is processed into a flat surface 4 by a pressing process, etc. A slit 5 is drilled to the surface 4, and at the same time the surface 4 is bent outward. In addition, the upper end part 7 of the part 4 is bent almost vertically by a prescribed length and at the same time bent inward at both ends of the slit 5 to obtain a trapezoidal (or chevron or hemispherical). As a result, an electric oscillator 6 which is fixed into the slit 5 is restricted at its both end parts. Thus, the breakdown of the oscillator supporting part is prevented. |
