PURPOSE:To keep a beltlike material in an approximately horizontal state and to improve its quality and productivity by installing a deflection quantity detecting means between a feeding means and a pulling means of the material and keeping the deflection quantity within a proper range. CONSTITUTION:A titled dystem consists of a beltlike material 2 feeding means, means 28-30 installed at the downstream of the feeding means and used for detecting the 1st deflection quantity of the material 2 and the 2nd deflection quantity larger than the 1st one, a means for pulling the material 2, and a control means. The above-mentioned control means increases the deflection quantity in response to an output from the means 28-30 by keeping a feeding speed at the 1st speed as it is when the deflection quantity reaches the 1st deflection quantity. Further, the feeding speed is increased to the 2nd speed to decrease the deflection quantity when the deflection quantity reaches the 2nd one. Thus the material 2 is kept in an approximately horizontal state by the system mentioned above without being influenced by an unreasonable tensile or compressive stress, and its quality and productibity are improved. |
