PURPOSE:To reduce assembling time and to improve quality by subjecting the plural members which are subjected to pressing such as blanking, ejecting, burring, bending or the like in response to press operation to cutting, conveying and caulking in dies. CONSTITUTION:As the surface of a press ram descends, a side plate 1 and a plate material 2 which are connected to each other enter first the inside of a stripper plate 11 and a die plate 12 and the connecting part 1e is cut by the blade edge of the plates 11, 12 and the cutting and bending of the material 2 are completed by the bending edges on the plates 11, 12. Then the slopes of cams 3, 4 contact with the plates. The cam 4 moves in the plate 11 in the direction approximately orthogonal with the sliding direction of the press and the plate 1 advances. The blade edge of a stripper liner 5 is passed to cut the plate 1 and the part 1a during advancing of the cam 4. The plate 1 continues to advance, until the advance ends in the position where the caulking pawls 2a of the material 2 enter the square hole 1d of the plate 1. The slopes of a working member 6 and a caulking punch 7 contact with each other in this stage and the punch 7 advances to open the pawls 2a in both ways, thereby caulking the plate material. |
