PURPOSE:To achieve a lower power consumption with a highly efficient power source circuit arranged by lowering the battery voltage with a switch of a plurality of capacitors from series to parallel and vice versa to drive an oscillation/division circuit. CONSTITUTION:A voltage lowering power source circuit 19 has a function of lowering voltage to half and provides a voltage half the battery voltage by repeating series and parallel connection of equivalent electronic capacitance capacitors 17 and 18 alternately to drive an oscillation/division circuit 2. When the average current consumption of a load circuit 2 is small as compared with a charged load of capacitors in th voltage lowering circuit 19, an exceedingly efficient voltage lowering circuit can be obtained. |
