PURPOSE:To enable molding of high reliability by preventing generation of voids, by forming the tip surface of a plunger, which casts a molding material into a cavity of molded material through pressure, of fluorine resin. CONSTITUTION:Tabletlike resin 18 in a softened state is pressed in the inside of a pot 16 by a plunger 17 by actuating a cylinder 6 through control of a control part 5, through which the resin 18 is fed within a runner 14 under a molten state, pressure of the same is raised through a gate 14a further and cast into respective cavities 13. In this case, as fluorine resin 19 is clad to the tip surface of the plunger 17, it is impossible that the resin 18 is stuck to the plunger 17 through remaining. As the tip of the plunger 17 can press the resin 18 under a flat state, air inclusion into the resin 18 in the inside of the pot 16 can be prevented. Therefore, generation of a void in the inside of the cavity 13 can be prevented effectively. |
