PURPOSE:To enable the recording of a real time, by supplying a subtracted signal to a recorder on the basis of a sweep signal for bringing the detection time in a loss energy value to C.E<m> (wherein C is a proportional constant and m=3-4). CONSTITUTION:A sweep signal generator 15 generates a signal for bringing the detection time in a loss energy value E to C.E<m> at time intervals each for increasing sweep energy at every DELTAE to supply the same to a control circuit 19. At first, a switch circuit 16 is connected to the side of memory 17a to supply the sweep signal of the generator 15 to an analyser 4 and the signal obtained at first is brought to only a background component while this signal value is set to the constant in the detection of a unit time to be stored in memory 17a. In the next step, the output terminal of an A-D converter 11 is connected to memory 17b to perform the detection and storing of the signal and, when the output signal of a subtraction circuit 18 is supplied to a recorder 14 on the basis of the control signal of the control circuit 19 simultaneously with completion, a spectrum except the background component is recorded as a real time. |
