PURPOSE:To prevent noise originating from band limitation, timing deviation, and time-axis modulation by timing two successive signals to each other when a signal scrambled by superposing adjacent frame data is descrambled. CONSTITUTION:The signal C which is scrambled on a time axis by superposing data in an adjacent is inputted to the 1st memory 32. The 1st memory 32 has specific-frame delay and its output signal D is switched by a switch 33, which outputs a signal E arranged in regular order. The signal E is inputted to the 2nd memory 36 and the 3rd memory 37, which output time-axis expanded signals F and G respectively. The amplitude values of the signals F and G are compared with each other to generate a switching signal for switching between the signals F and G, controlling a switch 42. Further, an original signal H appears at an output terminal 43. |
