PURPOSE:To lengthen the life of a mounting rubber and heighten the feeling of ride, by providing pushers at appropriate intervals around the mounting rubber and pressing the pushers on the peripheral surface of the rubber depending on the rotational frequency and vibratory state of a rotary machine to change the spring constant of the rubber. CONSTITUTION:In the idling of an engine 1a, a changeover valve 17 is closed because the spring constant of a rubber mounting 2 needs to be kept low. At that time, an oil pipe 15 and an oil passage 17a are connected to each other, an oil passage 17b and a hydraulic pump 14 are disconnected from each other, and an oil passage 17c and a return pipe 19 are connected to each other. As a result, pushers 9 are separated from the peripheral surface of a mounting rubber 3 by springs 13, and oil in cylinders 11 is moved back to a tank 20 through the return pipe 19. In moving on a bad road, the changeover valve 17 is opened through a control switch 21 to introduce pressurized oil into the cylinders 11 to press the pushers 9 on the rubber 3 against the springs 13. As a result, the spring constant of the rubber 3 is heightened to restrict the vibration of the engine 1a. |
