PURPOSE:To form smoothly continuous tracks by giving the control so that the tracking is carried out for the final track that is recorded before the recording information is interrupted during a waiting mode for the next recording which is due to the interruption of the recording information. CONSTITUTION:An READY signal 603 supplied from a picture reader is turned on, a head is shifted at a low speed. Then a reactangular wave is delivered as a picture information request signal. The picture information is sent from the picture reader in response the picture information request signal. Thus the laser is modulated to record the 1st page. A data interruption signal is recorded at the end of the track to show that the record information equivalent to a page is over. At the same time, the signal 603 is turned off to switch the recording laser power to the reproducing laser power. In other words, a signal of a rectangular wave is delivered to a tracking circuit 614 from a controller 602. The center beam 306 traces on a track 301 which is recorded previously by a round from a recorded track 302. |
