PURPOSE:To improve the process control, safety, and sanitary affairs during light lamp production, etc. by using the methyl cellulose aqueous solution as a binder to be mixed with glass frit. CONSTITUTION:The aqueous solution of 0.5-2% methyl cellulose is used as a binder to be mixed with glass frit, or 0.2-3% sodium chlorate is added to this methyl cellulose. This glass frit is used for the airtight sealing between an outer tube 1 and a button stem 2 of a light lamp and between the button stem 2 and various seal wires and the airtight sealing of an exhaust pipe 11, etc. Since the binder of this glass frit is aqueous, its evaporation speed is slow and the viscosity control of paste is easy. In addition, the safety is excellent and the working environment is improved because it is odorless. |
