PURPOSE:To enhance the measuring preciseness of grain water content, by calculating the generation possibility of abnormal data from the generation numbers thereof while estimating the mixing ratio of a grain peculiar in water content such as green rice mixing into the total grain in dryer. CONSTITUTION:Measured data exceeding 1.5% in an error (e) is set to apparent abnormal data and, when n-th measured data Mn exceeds 1.5% or more in the error (e) as compared with the (n-1)th water content Msn-1 which can be estimated to be correct for the present, the (n-1)th water content Msn-1 is reregarded as the n-th water content Msn as it is. That is, Msn=Msn-1 is formed and apparent abnormal data Mn is cut from the calculation of moving average. By this method, a measuring error caused by calculating moving average containing two or more of green rices in a specimen can be perfectly removed and the measuring preciseness of grain water content can be enhanced. |
