PURPOSE:To provide the titled die which enables the fitting parts into each other accurately without fail by working and fixing spring pins at different proper positions for each sector at two stages, upper and lower to enable the fitting. CONSTITUTION:Spring pins 3 which have tread segments 1 comprising a plurality of split molds securely fitted into sectors 2 are worked at different proper positions circumferentially for each sector on the inner surface of the sectors 2, namely, the outer surface of the tread segments 1. In the working, for example, the spring pins 3 are fixed on the side of the sectors 2, small holes for fitting the pins 3 are cut at positions corresponding to the tread segments 1, and then, they are worked for each sector at two stages, upper and lower. |
