PURPOSE:To transfer a signal by combining an array-shaped light emitting part a photodetecting part, and outputting a signal inputted to the light emitting part, from a photoelectric converting element. CONSTITUTION:An EL 10 is formed by placing an electrode 11 converted to a pattern like an array, an insulating film 12, a light emitting layr 13, an insulating film 14, a transparent electrode 15 and a glass substrate 16, in the shape of a sandwich, and the light emitting layer 13 of the part to which voltage of the electrode 11 is applied emits light by applying the voltage between the electrode 11 and the transparent electrode 15. A photoelectric converting element 21 consists of an electrode 22 converted to a pattern, an amorphous silicon 23, a transparant electrode 24 and a glass substrate 25, and when the voltage is applied to the transparent electrode 24, and also light is irradiated from the galss substrate 25 side, a current flows to the electrode 22 of the part to which the light is irradiated, and a signal can be transferred. A connector is obtained by making a pattern of the electrode 11 os the EL 10 correspond to that of the electrode 22 of the photoelectric converting element 21, and combining the EL 10 and the photoelectric converting element 21. |
