PURPOSE:To perform wheel-lock prevention by a parking brake in time of quick braking without fail, by delaying instantaneous operation of the parking brake at the brake operation inhibitive time set by a parking brake operation inhibitive device during the quick braking of a car. CONSTITUTION:In case of a device turning a cable winding member round in both cw and ccw directions by controlling a motor 5 and making a parking brake operate or release via a cable, a group of sensors detecting a car driving state such as a car speed sensor 11 and a foot brake sensor 12 or the like are connected to a controller C with controls the motor 5. And, stepping on a foot brake, when it discriminates a car speed as it is able to be regarded as a state of being driven, this controller is made up so as to generate a brake operation command. Also stepping on a foot brake pedal, when it is of quick braking that the car speed goes beyond the specified deceleration ratio, a brake operation inhibitive time is set according to a running state (car speed) at that time, making the controller so as to delay the generation of a brake operation command signal. |
