PURPOSE:To obtain the satisfactory strength to the stress by constituting the speaker of a flat diaphragm attached with a rectangular or arc-shaped metallic foil folded into bellows and a core material which is opened into a fan shape at one terminal by centering the other terminal and sticking a skin material to both sides of the core material. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic circuit 32 is provided with a plate 34 having a center pole 33, ring-shaped magnet 35 and a ring-shaped upper plate 36. A frame 37 is connected to a coil 32, and the fringe part of an edge 39 is fixed to the frame 37. A flat diaphragm 40 is connected to the edge 39. The diaphragm 40 is formed by adhering skin materials 42 and 43 made of a metallic foil like aluminum, etc. on both sides of a fan-shaped core material 41 formed by folding continuously a metallic foil of aluminum, etc. into bellows. A driving cone 44 is connected to the lower side of the diaphragm 40, and a voice coil 45 is connected to the center of the cone 44. The coil 45 is held by a damper 46, then fitted into a magnetic gap 47 to increase the intensity of the diaphragm 40. |
