摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a binary logical variable number in response to the distribution state of magnetic flux by providing a switch part where a superconductive main loop is magnetically divided into two secondary loops and a basic element is formed and then applying a switch signal to the switch part to vary the superconductive critical current of the main loop. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive main loop ML is divided by a network conduction switch SW into two secondary loops L1 and L0 to obtain a basic element. An external current (i) is applied to the switch SW together with a minute control magnetic flux kphi0 to attain an open state D and closed states E1 and E0 of the switch SW. In these closed states E1 and E0, the superconductive critical currents I0 and I1 corresponding to the switch signal are set at low levels. Therefore the magnetic flux distribution within the main loop is not quantized. While a superconductive critical current IM is set at a high level in the open state D. At the same time, the magnetic flux distribution within the loop ML is set at + or -1/2phi0 which is about 1/2 basic magnetic flux phi0. Thus it is possible to obtain a binary logical variable number in response to the magnetic flux distribution.
