PURPOSE:To prevent deviated wearness of a thin plate through elimination of single-sided collision by joining the attracting surface of core and armature through a thin plate of non-magnetic material provided in the gap between them and the filling layer of bonding agent. CONSTITUTION:A core 1, an armature 2, a hammer 3, a hinge pin 4, a spring 5 and a coil 6 are provided. A pair of right and left arms 7 are formed to the core and the hinge holes 8 are respectively formed to these arms 7. The hammer 3 is made of plastic and a weight 9 is embedded to the end of it. Moreover, a receiving part 11 is formed to the hammer 3 opposing to a protruded piece 10 formed at the end of armature 2. The armature 2 and hammer 3 are provided with the holes 12, 13. For assembling, the coil 6 is first loaded to the core 1. Then, the armature 2 is inserted between arms 7 of core 1 and the hinge pin 4 is engaged between the hinge hole 8 and hole 12. Thereafter, a polyester sheet 14 formed as a thin plate by the double-liquid epoxy bonding agent 16 containing, for example, a hardening agent is bonded to the attracting surface 15 of the core 1. |
