PURPOSE:To realize the distribution and synthesization of electric power over a wide range by connecting the 1st and the 2nd cavity resonators to distribute or synthesize electric power. CONSTITUTION:The 1st and the 2nd cavity resonators are connected to each other by a coupling window 9. A single electric field coupling terminal 7 is provided to the resonator 5, and plural magnetic field coupling terminals 8a-8n are provided to the resonator 6. Thus a power distributor which delivers the electric power through terminals 8a-8n is obtained by using the terminal 7 as an input terminal. While a power synthesizer which synthesizes the input power supplied through terminals 8a-8n and delivers the synthesized power through the terminal 7 is obtained by using the terminal as an output terminal. In such a constitution, two peaks are obtained for an output/frequency characteristic curve. Thus the electric power can be distributed and synthesized over a wide range. |
