PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for accurate positioning at the time of feeding te material sheet, by providing a drum rotating supported at its periphery and having bulges on its internal surface, or thick-walled portions, and providing a rotating cyliner close to the internal surface, and allowing the material sheet to be inserted between the internal surface of the drum and the rotating cylinder so that it is shaped into a cylindrical from around the rotating cylinder and thus shaped work is taken out when the thin-walled portion comes around. CONSTITUTION:The drum 4 in a short cylindrical form is supported by 4 pieces of guide rollers 3 at its periphery, engaged with the spur gear 5 at the tooth surface provided on its periphery, and driven by the drive shaft 6 through the chain wheels 7, 8 and the gear 9. The cams 10, 11 are installed on the shafts of the wheels 7, 8 and operate the shaped work pushing out mechanism 12 and the material sheet feeding mechanism 13. The rotating cylinder of a small diameter 15 is rotated at a high speed by the gear 17 which is in engagement with the gear surface at the periphery of the drum 4. When the thick-walled portion 21 comes just above the rotating cylinder 15, the material sheet (a) is fed by the mechanism 13 between the internal surface of the continuously rotating drum 4 and the rotating cylinder 15. Then the material sheet (a) is guided by the control plate 16 and pressed and turned around the rotating cylinder 15. When the thick-walled portion 21 is away and the thin-walled portion 22 comes around, the mechanism 12 operates to cause the pushing out claw 18 to slide so as to push out the shaped work. |
