The telescopic support has two tubes which are axially adjustable towards one another, and a pneumatic spring is located between both tubes. Attached to the one free end of a tube is a machine mounting to which the machine can be fastened. The pneumatic spring is dimensioned in such a way that its force counteracts the weight of the machine and therefore an operator is at least largely relieved of this weight of the machine. If the longitudinal axis of the tool of the machine lies parallel to the longitudinal axes of the telescopic tubes, but the longitudinal axes are laterally offset from one another, the articulated capacity of a joint between a machine holder and the telescope is locked. However, the articulated capacity is released if the longitudinal axis of the tool on the one hand and the longitudinal axis of the telescopic tubes on the other hand intersect. |
