摘要 |
PURPOSE:To increase electromotive force for the change in oxygen concn. and to speed up response by using a porous conductor contg. a transition metal phtalocyanine polymer or tin phthalocyanine polymer as an electrode. CONSTITUTION:An oxygen sensor 1 is formed by adhering tightly a negative electrode 2 consisting of a conductor, an electrolyte layer 3 and a positive electrode 4 consisting of a porous conductor contg. a transition metal phthalocyanine polymer or tin phthalocyanine polymer respectively in a laminar shape and housing the laminate into a case 5. The electrode 4 consisting of the porous conductor contg. a transition metal phthalocyanine polymer or tin phthalocyanine polymer is constituted of a supporting current conductor 4a consisting of a metallic screen and a porous electrode material 4b contg. the transition metal phtalocyanine polymer or tin phthalocyanine polymer fixed on the one surface of the collector 4a and is so disposed that the material 4b contacts the layer 3 and that the collector 4a contacts the gas to be measured. |
