<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the excessive rise of engine speed by opening a relief valve of a supercharging air pipe when the number of revolutions of an engine surpasses a fixed value. CONSTITUTION:A present car is equipped with a device to give an alarm sound at 100-110km/h. Near an said alarm 11, an alarm sound detector and an alarm sound converter 12 to convert the sound wave into the quantity of electricity are provided. An amplifier 13 is furnished for the quantity of electricity to be connected to a relief valve 5. When the quantity in the amplifier is increased over a fixed level, the relief valve 5 is opened to exhaust supercharged air partly.</p> |
