Condensate-collecting vessel for laundry driers

A removable condensate-collecting vessel for a laundry drier having an air-cooled condensation device is equipped with a closing element for its outflow orifice. The closing element is in its open position when in the inserted state, whilst it closes the outflow orifice when the condensate-collecting vessel is pulled out.
