摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the power for cooling operation when a gas turbine is in suspension state or the power for restart by regenerating the thermal energy of exhaust gas into a high-temperature regeneration tank and a low-temperature regeneration tank and taking-out the regenerated heat as electric energy by using an oil-flon power generator. CONSTITUTION:The oil-flon mixed liquid 50 in a mixed-liquid storage tank 39 is heated by the heat endothermically obtained from a high-temperature regenerative tank and transformed into vapor and sent under pressure into a flon turbine. When the amount of vapor 25 increases over a prescribed value, the vapor is supplied into a flon turbine 28, and a flone turbine generator 30 begins power generation. The flon liquid is sent into the preheater in a low-temperature regenerative tank 17 by a transportation pump 35 and supplied in accordance with the amount of evaporation in an upper drum 21. Thus, the energy of exhaust gas can be regenerated, and said energy can be utilized even if the gas turbine is in suspension state, and the thermal efficiency can be improved.
