PURPOSE:To reduce the burden of a pressing machine operator by substantially automatically conducting sheet puffing and transship operation on a sheet book in an offset flat table printing. CONSTITUTION:Among books accumulation 13 lifted by a table lifter, the uppermost book 10 is grasped and drawn near by an operator to separate the book 10 from a guide plate portion 12 of a delivery device 2, and a wind is applied among plural sheets of the book 10. When such puffing operation is completed, the book 10 is pushed forward by the operator, and the book 10 is slided along the guide plate portion 12 turned and inclined for the thickness of the book with detachment of the book 10, and forced to strike a contact rod 27 of a striking device 5 to be stopped and located. Subsequently, the leading end of the book 10 is grasped by a chuck 33 of a clamping device 6, and the chuck 33 is moved backward to transfer the book 10 onto the previously stacked sheet book accumulation 33. Then, the book 10 is pressed by a presser 7, and a pressing plate of a pusher 9 is projected under the table 8 to arrange the book 10 in order at the stacking position. |
