Apparatus for height-adjustable mounting of the supporting strap for the hot-air blower of a salon-type hairdryer

The supporting band of a hot-air blower for a salon-type hairdryer composed of flexible sheet material is connected to two sides of the blower housing and is fastened in a longitudinally displaceable manner on at least one side of this blower housing. In order to be able to perform the height adjustment reliably in a simple way when the blower housing is hung in place, an adjusting device which locks and releases the supporting strap as need be is integrated in the blower housing.
