An arrangement according to the invention referring to a concentration regulation system and a fibre flow regulation system which consists of a substance pump (5) with a revolution-counting drive system as the initiating device as well as a device (23) for measurement of the force transferred to the pump. The instantaneous variations that the pump's drive motor (14) is subjected to due to variations in the fibre concentration in a quasi-stationary state at the concentration and fibre flow regulation systems are felt by the device (23) and used to improve the concentration regulation's performance. Characterizing the invention is a signal (23') equivalent to the instantaneous drive after the necessary adjustment in a multiplicator (25) to actual fibre flow is arranged to add the revolution-counter drive system 's regulator (22) in the form of a feedback signal.
