The electrical apparatus has a connecting lead which can be connected to the internal wiring via a plug part from the outside, via a housing opening. This plug part is attached by means of special attachment devices to the housing of the electrical apparatus, it being possible to move the attachment devices into their release position only using special tools, in order to remove the plug part, with the connecting lead, from the housing again.
