Device for determining the thickness of sealing layers above and under water, consisting of a guide tube, which is connected in an articulated fashion to a base plate provided on its underside with mandrels, and in which a removal tube slides by means of which a sample is removed from the sealing layer. Thereafter, the removal point is once again directly closed and sealed by filling with a suitable sealing material.
