PURPOSE:To perform precisely and easily chucking, especially centering, at the time of chucking and to miniaturize the titled device by maintaining a chucking part always in parallel with a turn table plane at the turning of the 1st arm member to which the chucking part is fitted. CONSTITUTION:At the time of chucking, the arm members 5, 12 are located almost on a straight line and the shafts 6, 8 of the arm member 5, the shafts 13, 11 of the arm member 12 and a pin 14 are also located almost on a straight line. When the arm member 5 is turned up to the position shown by a broken line B around the shaft 6 at the time of non-chucking, the arm member 12 is also turned up to the position shown by a broken line C around the shaft 11 and one shaft 13 of the arm member 12 is moved up to the position shown by the broken line along an oblong hole 4a formed in parallel with the base board of a supporting plate 4. When one shaft 13 is slid on the basis of the oblong hole 4a, the other pin 14 of the arm member 12 is located on a position making a length from the supporting shaft 8 of a chucking part supporting member 7 equal to that from the base board 1 and the chucking part supporting member 7 moves vertically always in parallel with the base board 1. |
