PURPOSE:To realize systematic and neat winding of the coils of the 2nd layer and thereafter by a method wherein a varnish coating is applied on a whole circumference of a coil bobbin except an end part near a flange and at least one end part of the circumference of the bobbin is not coated. CONSTITUTION:Flanges 2 are protruded from both ends of the axis direction of a coil bobbin 1. Whole surface, except the end parts near the flanges 2, is coated by a varnish 3. At least one of the end parts of the circumference of the bobbin 1 must be an uncoated part 4. One coil wire 5 is wound around the bobbin 1 advancing along the aixs direction roward the uncoated part 4 of one end from another end, adjacent turns adhering closely, so that an inner coil layer A is formed all along between two flanges 2 and an outer coil layer B is formed over the inner coil layer A continuously. With this constitution, no stepping down of the wire to the lower layer is expected to occur and the outer coil layer can also be wound in neat winding like the inner coil layer. |
