PURPOSE:To ensure the exclusion of droplets, by providing a liquid receiving groove which is extended along an opening part on at least one side of the inner surface of a hollow case, and providing a filter at the bottom of the groove. CONSTITUTION:Oil receiving grooves 50, which are extended along an opening part 20a of a hollow case 20, are provided on both sides of the inner surface of the hollow case 20. At the bottom parts of said oil receiving grooves 50, oil excluding ports 52, which are communicated to the outside of the hollow case 20, are provided. Filters 54, which block dust intruded from the outside, are provided in said oil excluding ports 52. Oil dams 56 are provided between the oil receiving grooves 50 and displacement detecting mechanisms 22 in the hollow case 20. |
