<p>PURPOSE:To provide a coating resin composition having especially improved dispersibility of pigment, and composed of a specific amphoteric resin, an amino- formaldehyde resin and an isocyanate compound. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is composed of (A) an amphoteric resin containing the acidic resin component and the basic resin and/or basic compound component and (B) an amino-formaldehyde resin and/or an isocyanate compound etherified with a 1-4C monohydric alcohol. The basic component in the component (A) is based on a basic resin and/or a basic compound having a half-equivalent potential of <=450mV by the non-aqueous potentiometric titration in the state integrated in the resin, and has a basicity of 1.0X10<-2>-1.0m- mol/g solid.</p> |
