<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled compound by carrying out deprotection efficiently by a common reaction, by bringing an oigonucleotide compound containing an OH group protected with an allyl type residue and an NH2 group protected with an allyloxycarbonyl type residue, respectively, into contact with a specific catalyst. CONSTITUTION:A protected oligonucleotide compound shown by the formula I (R1 and R2 are H, protecting group or polymer carrier bonded through a covalent bond with the proviso that R1 and R2 are not polymer carrier simultane ously; R3 is H or OH which may contain protecting group; A is allyl type resi due; BAOC is nucleoside base containing no amino group or nucloside base residue having amino group or imino group protected with allyloxycarbonyl type residue; n is positive integer) is brought into contact with a platinum group metallic compound catalyst [preferably tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(0), etc.,] in the presence of a nucleophilic agent(preferably diethylamine, etc.,) and deprotected, to give the aimed compound shown by the formula II.</p> |
