<p>PURPOSE:To enable the continuous production of decorated chocolate, by using a conveyor apparatus, a casting apparatus for first chocolate, a stacking apparatus for second mold, a casting apparatus for second chocolate, etc. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of the first molds 4 having engraved steric decoration pattern are attached to a conveyor apparatus 1 at regular intervals and continuously transferred. The first chocolate material 6 is poured into the mold 4 in the following apparatus 5. The top surface of the mold 4 is scraped with a scraper 7 to remove the excess material 6 from the engraved steric decoration pattern. The material 6 is cooled in the succeeding apparatus 8 and the second mold 10 having through-hole is placed on the mold 4 by the apparatus 14. The second chocolate material 15 for forming the main body of chocolate is poured into the through-hole in the apparatus 16 and the materials 6 and 15 are cooled and solidified in the apparatus 17. The solidified materials 6 and 15 are released from the mold in the following apparatus 19 and the material 15 attached to the mold 4 is scraped off in the apparatus 20.</p> |
